Lecture Molecular Biology of Inflammation (MOBIFLAM)

General lecture Information

General learning goal of the lecture MOBIFLAM

In the lecture series "Molecular Biology of Inflammation", lecturers who perform research in the field of inflammation present the molecular mechanisms of various stages of the inflammatory process. The lecture is structured such that it follows the course of an inflammatory reaction. The overriding goal is to classify the students' basic knowledge of inflammatory mechanisms as taught in physiology, pathology and immunology in an overall picture and to give the students a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms that interlock in the inflammatory process.

Target Audience

  • Master students of Biomedical Sciences and Molecular Life Sciences
  • PhD students in the GCB program

Prerequisites

Prerequisites for this lecture are:

  • Basic knowledge in immunology
